In October, Dr. Sergej M. Ostojic had the privilege of delivering two invited presentations on creatine for longevity and female midlife vitality at the Food and Nutrition Conference and Expo (FNCE) 2025, held in Nashville, Tennessee.

As one of the largest annual gathering of nutrition professionals in the world, FNCE brought together nearly 10,000 attendees, including dietitians, physicians, nurses, researchers, policymakers, and industry leaders. The event served as a unique forum to discuss emerging evidence and innovative approaches in nutrition and health promotion.

Dr. Ostojic’s presentations emphasized the expanding role of creatine beyond sports nutrition, focusing on its relevance in supporting healthy aging, metabolic resilience, and women’s health during midlife, presenting recent data from our lab. The sessions sparked lively discussions and reinforced the growing scientific consensus that creatine represents an important component of a balanced and health-promoting diet.

We look forward to continuing this important conversation and reconnecting with colleagues at FNCE 2026 in San Antonio, Texas!
