ABLAB team goes to Berlin

Nice news for our research outreach - our study comparing the effects of a creatine-GAA combination and caffeine on brain oxygenation in sleep-deprived subjects has been accepted for presentation at the ESPEN Congress 2026 in Berlin (September 5–8), one of the world’s leading scientific meetings in clinical nutrition and metabolism.

But that is not all - the leading author, Dr. Bogdan Andjelic, has also been awarded a travel grant for the upcoming conference. This marks the third time that our junior researchers have received an ESPEN travel award, which perhaps suggests that our group is producing increasingly relevant and recognized research in the nutritional sciences domain.
