GAA Lecture in Abbott Nutrition

Guanidinoacetic acid in human nutrition

In early June, Dr Sergej Ostojic has visited Abbott Nutrition in Columbus, Ohio and has given a lecture to Abbott Nutrition R&D people overviewing a theoretical background for possible use of guanidinoacetic acid (GAA) as an innovative dietary supplement in human nutrition. GAA appears to be a promising agent that might improve tissue bioenergetics in both health and disease.

A lecture was followed by a 15-min discussion with staff, and Dr Steven Hertzler from Abbott Nutrition moderated both the lecture and the discussion. Interested audience, outstanding facilities, and even better hospitality, thank you Steve!
