AB Lab at ACSM’s 66th Annual Meeting

From hydrogen inhalation to creatine dynamics

American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) 66th Annual Meeting was held from May 28 to Jun 01, 2019 at Orange County Convention Center, Orlando, Florida, with our group presented few research papers in The City Beautiful for this event.

Two presentations described changes in serum markers of bioenergetics in athletes that experienced either heavy exhaustive exercise or rapid weight loss, while the third paper described positive effects of hydrogen inhalation on exercise performance and hormonal profiles in active men and women. All abstract are freely available in Medicine and Science in Sports and Exercise.
